Central Bucks families have until Wednesday, September 30, to complete their Annual Student Information Update, which opened Monday, July 7, in the district's Parent Portal. The district is asking families to finish it before school starts on Monday, August 31, according to an announcement posted Tuesday.

To find the update, parents log in to the portal at centralbuckspa.infinitecampus.org, select "More" from the menu, then "Annual Student Information Update." Families needing help logging in can submit an Online Portal Help Request Form through the district website. The portal is also accessible via a smartphone app.

Key portal dates

The district posted the following schedule for when information becomes available in the Parent Portal:

  • Friday, July 24 — Final report cards for 2025-26
  • Thursday, August 6 — Elementary school schedules
  • Thursday, August 20 — Middle school schedules
  • Wednesday, August 26 — High school schedules
  • Thursday, August 27 — Absence requests open

Students in grades K, 6, 7, 9, and 10 start Monday, August 31. All other students begin Tuesday, September 1.

Supply lists rolling out

CBSD middle and elementary schools are releasing supply lists over the next few weeks. As of that date, lists were available online for Bridge Valley, Cold Spring, Gayman, Jamison, Kutz, Lenape and Tohickon.

Families at Buckingham Elementary and Doyle Elementary, two schools serving many Doylestown and Buckingham households, should check their school's website for updates. The district's supply list page indicates Mill Creek's list will be available by Thursday, August 6, and Holicong's by the end of July or early August.

The district said families should check their school's homepage, parents page or grade-level pages regularly as lists are released on a rolling basis.

MySchoolBucks fee increase

One more item for families who pay for school meals online: beginning Friday, July 31, the MySchoolBucks credit and debit card processing fee rises from $3.50 to $3.75 per transaction, according to a separate district notice. The e-check fee stays the same.

Families can also skip the fee entirely by sending a check with their student to hand to a cafeteria cashier.
