Bucks County Community College will open free flu and COVID-19 vaccine clinics across all three of its campuses starting Tuesday, Sept. 15, with shots available to anyone in the community.
The three-day clinic series, organized with the Bucks County Health Improvement Partnership (BCHIP) and Giant Pharmacy, runs one day at each campus from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Giant Pharmacy will administer the shots. No appointment details were listed in the announcements.
The Bucks County Beacon reported that vaccinations are open to all community members, not just college students or staff. Residents should bring a valid ID and their insurance, Medicare or pharmacy cards.
Most health insurance covers seasonal immunizations at no cost, according to Patch. Residents who are uninsured or underinsured can contact BCHIP at [email protected] for help covering costs.

Tuesday, Sept. 15: Gene and Marlene Epstein Campus at Lower Bucks, Room 105, 1304 Veterans Highway, Bristol.
Wednesday, Sept. 16: Upper Bucks Campus, Room 157, One Hillendale Dr., Perkasie.
Thursday, Sept. 17: Newtown Campus, Gateway Center, 275 Swamp Road, Newtown.
All three clinics run from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The Newtown campus is the closest location for Doylestown and Buckingham residents. The Upper Bucks campus in Perkasie serves the northern part of the county, while the Lower Bucks campus in Bristol covers the southern end. Each clinic runs one day only, so residents should pick the date and location that works best.
No follow-up clinics have been announced beyond the Sept. 15–17 series.
