Central Bucks Regional Police are investigating a possible assault and a string of disturbances after roughly 300 juveniles flooded downtown Doylestown Borough following the CB West football game Friday, Sept. 25.

Officers responded to more than 10 juvenile-activity calls between 9:30 p.m. and 1 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 26, the department said in a statement reported by the Bucks County Herald. Crowds spilled onto West State Street, into the Starbucks parking lot and later onto West Court Street.

The incidents included large groups blocking the street, individuals setting off car alarms, noise complaints, fights and a possible assault, according to Patch, which first reported the video release.

Police released video Monday, Sept. 28, showing a brawl in the parking lot between the Doylestown firehouse and Klein Burnett & Associates, where the possible assault occurred. The department's CrimeWatch page lists the case as a current criminal investigation under reference ID 2026092511888.

Officers used the patrol emergency siren to temporarily disperse the crowd, the department said.

The department said the assault investigation is ongoing and no further details could be released. As of Monday, police were still taking complaints from residents and business owners.

No suspects have been identified. No charges have been filed.

The Sept. 25 incident follows weeks of growing concern. The Central Bucks Regional Police Department (CBRPD) said it had logged more than 116 calls involving juvenile disturbances, thefts, underage drinking and assaults so far in 2026, all before Friday's incident. Earlier in September, the department posted a social media message urging parents to know where their children are, who they are with and what they are doing. The department also reminded families that Starbucks and Target at the Doylestown Shopping Center are private property, not hangouts, and that borough parks close at dusk.

The CBRPD social media post about the Sept. 25 incident drew a wave of comments. Police said they removed racist and inflammatory remarks from the thread.

Anyone with information about the assault is asked to contact Sgt. Riccio at 215-345-4143 or submit an anonymous tip through the CBRPD CrimeWatch page.
