Grande Pizza & Catering is marking its grand opening Monday, Oct. 5, with 50 percent off all food at 276 South Main St. in Doylestown Borough.
The new pizzeria and Italian restaurant opened in August, several days after Lil' Doms Pizzeria closed its doors at the same address, as first reported by Patch. Grande had been serving customers for weeks but is using Monday's celebration to formally introduce itself to the neighborhood.
The half-price deal applies to the full menu, which includes pizza, cheesesteaks, hoagies, wings, pasta, sandwiches and salads.
The owners, who have not been publicly identified, wrote on social media that they are focused on quality ingredients and friendly service, according to Patch. "Our menu has something for whether you're stopping in for a quick bite, picking up dinner for the family, or looking for great food for your next gathering," they wrote.
Grande shares the same phone number, 215-345-8500, and street address that Lil' Doms used. No public records have confirmed whether the two businesses share any ownership connection.
Lil' Doms had operated at the South Main Street storefront for years before its Facebook page went quiet in July.
Residents can call 215-345-8500 or visit the restaurant's Facebook page for hours and updates.
