Mr. Sticky's, the Central Pennsylvania sticky bun chain, opens its first Bucks County location inside Haddie Mae's Cafe in Lahaska on Saturday, July 18, near Peddler's Village on Route 202.

The grand opening runs Saturday, July 18, and Sunday, July 19, from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. both days at 5788 Lower York Road. During the opening weekend, the cafe will serve only Mr. Sticky's signature sticky buns, cinnamon buns and coffee. Haddie Mae's regular breakfast and lunch menu returns after the celebration.

The first 100 customers on Saturday will receive a free Little League Baseball collectors pin, according to the Mr. Sticky's franchise website. Patch reported that the first 250 guests over the weekend will also receive a free sticky bun.

The Lahaska shop marks Mr. Sticky's fifth Pennsylvania location. The brand operates company-owned stores in Williamsport and Lancaster and franchise locations in Pottstown and Harleysville. It also ships nationwide via FedEx.

Haddie Mae's opened in December 2025 inside the former Craft Barbecue building, steps from the Peddler's Village entrance on Route 202. The cafe serves breakfast all day and lunch until 2:30 p.m., with a menu that includes raspberry stuffed French toast, Belgian waffles, create-your-own omelets, Benedicts, wraps, tacos and burgers.

After grand opening weekend, Mr. Sticky's at Haddie Mae's will operate seven days a week, 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., according to the franchise website. The menu will include regular and walnut sticky buns, cinnamon buns with peanut butter or cream cheese icing, and plain cinnamon buns. Mini buns are available by preorder.
