Peddler's Village in Lahaska holds its annual Peach Festival on Saturday, August 1, and Sunday, August 2, giving Route 202 corridor shoppers two days of free-admission entertainment, fresh peaches and deals at more than 60 locally owned shops.

The 42-acre Buckingham Township shopping campus earned the No. 1 spot in USA Today's 2026 10Best Readers' Choice Awards on June 10, recognized for what the publication called its "storybook charm" in the Bucks County countryside. The Peach Festival, running 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. both days, is the village's first major event since that national nod.

Admission is free.

What's on offer

The Peach Truck, a festival sponsor, will sell fresh Georgia peaches directly from its truck on a first-come, first-served basis, according to the village's event listing. Visitors who want to guarantee their haul can pre-order at thepeachtruck.com. Peach pies and fritters will also be available from outdoor food stands and food trucks.

Village restaurants and tasting rooms will serve peach-themed specials throughout the weekend and continuing all of August. Shops will stage sidewalk sales both days, with extended hours on Saturday.

Live music includes the Michael Christopher Band and the duo Martin & Kelly, plus additional regional acts across both days.

Festivalgoers can also stroll through the "Sights in Sand: An American Road Trip" sand sculpture display, which runs through August 31.

Getting there

General parking is free. A $25 VIP parking package secures a premier spot but requires arrival before 1 p.m. The village address is 2400 Street Road in Lahaska.

The Peach Festival kicks off what Peddler's Village bills as National Peach Month, with restaurant specials running through the end of August. Three days after the festival wraps, Buckingham Township Police will hold their National Night Out at the village on Wednesday, August 5, from 5 to 8 p.m.
